慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果与观察

摘要：目的：探讨慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗的效果。方法：选择本院2018年2月-2021年2月间收治的216例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用西医抗生素治疗，观察组采用中药内服外洗治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应总发生率和复发率皆低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：对慢性盆腔炎患者采用中医内服外洗治疗的效果较为理想，可有效降低不良反应发生率和复发率。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Obstetrics and Gynecology clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 216 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects， and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with western medicine antibiotics， and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine internal and external washing. The clinical treatment effect， incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results： the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were lower than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of TCM internal and external washing on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is ideal， which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.

引言

慢性盆腔炎是指女性内生殖器及其周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜的慢性炎症[1]。多为急性盆腔炎治疗不彻底或患者体质较差而引起急性盆腔炎的病程可迁延及反复发作所致[2]。慢性盆腔炎的临床表现有慢性盆腔痛、不孕及异位妊娠、月经异常、低热、易疲劳、神经衰弱、失眠等，体征有子宫后倾、子宫增大、压痛、活动受限、粘连固定，输卵管增粗、压痛，盆腔侧触及囊性包块，或子宫旁片状增厚压痛，宫骶韧带增粗、变硬、有触痛等[3]。慢性盆腔炎对患者的生活质量影响非常大，必须及早进行检查和治疗。慢性盆腔炎临床症状和体征表现较多，虽无明显特异性，但都会造成患者身体不适，影响其正常工作和生活，因此患者在出现上述症状和体征时，应积极前往医院进行诊治。临床治疗慢性盆腔炎一般采用抗生素，但长期使用易引起耐药性或导致肠道菌群失调，且复发率较高，因此需要效果更为良好的治疗方案[4]。……
