提高初中学生思想政治教育实效性的对策探讨

【摘  要】在新课程改革不断深入的背景下，我国更加注重学生的全面发展。其中在初中教育工作中关注学生的思想政治教育，提升教学的实效性和专业性，将会确保其正确的“三观”以及道德素质，落实初中教育工作立德树人的任务。本文将以提高初中学生思想政治教育实效性的对策为主题展开分析，详细了解当前中学生思想政治教育的基本现状，再提出有利于提高中学生思想政治教育实效性的可行性对策。

【Abstract】In the context of the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform， our country pays more attention to the all-round development of students. Among them， the ideological and political education of students in the junior high school education work， and the improvement of teaching effectiveness and professionalism will ensure its correct "three views". As well as moral quality， implement the task of establishing morality in junior high school education. This article will analyze the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of junior high school students， understand in detail the basic status of the current ideological and political education of middle school students， and then propose feasible countermeasures that are conducive to improving the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of middle school students.

一、针对中学生思想政治教育价值的探究

学生是我国未来的栋梁，所以注重为中学生开展专业的教育工作是具有现实意义的，其中思想政治教育工作的开展会确保让学生形成良好的道德品质以及核心素养，促使学生在接受思想政治教育工作的过程中加强道德观念认识，形成和社会发展高度一致的思想观念，避免出现错误思想和认识，从而影响其全面发展以及健康成长。而且学生存在各种负面问题时，思想政治教育工作还能在第一时间对其行为以及思想进行纠正。初中学生思想政治教育工作的开展单纯依靠教师的努力是远远不够的，还需要学生、家庭的共同配合，掌握和了解学生的心理特征、行为、意识以及观念，并以此为基础进行教育工作，实现让学生的言谈举止高度符合当前社会要求，形成良好的行为习惯以及道德品质。……
