工业电气设备的电气防爆检测技术分析

摘要：随着经济社会的飞速发展，人们生活质量水平不断提升，智能化、自动化家具家电设备，被广泛应用于人们的日常生活工作中，但各类安全事故发生率也逐年递增。本文对工业电气设备爆炸的危害与发生条件进行概述，总结工业电气防爆设备在应用中的常见问题，对电气设备防爆检测技术的应用进行分析，提出电气设备防爆措施，对保证工业生产安全意义重大。

Abstract： With the rapid development of economy and society， people's quality of life continues to improve. Intelligent and automated furniture and electrical appliances are widely used in people's daily work， but the incidence of various safety accidents is also increasing year by year. This article summarizes the hazards and conditions of explosion of industrial electrical equipment， summarizes the common problems in the application of industrial electrical explosion-proof equipment， analyzes the application of electrical equipment explosion-proof detection technology， and proposes explosion-proof measures for electrical equipment， which are of great significance to ensuring industrial production safety.

工业电气设备目前被广泛应用在工业生产领域，随着我国工业生产技术水平的不断进步，工业电气设备也逐渐用于更广范围与更复杂的工作环境中，这对工业电气设备的防爆安全性提出更高要求。工业电气设备的安全运行，对于保证工业安全生产稳定运行有重大意义，一旦在工业电气设备运行中发生爆炸危险，将对工业发展造成极为不利的影响[1]。所以，保证工业电气设备安全运行，做好电气设备防爆检测就至关重要，电气防爆检测能够及时预防安全事故发生，避免或减少不可估量的损失。

1工业电气设备爆炸危险及发生条件

1.1工业电气设备爆炸危险常见问题

电气设备在工业运行中一旦发生爆炸现象，主要危害表现如下。

（1）对相关人员的人身安全造成严重威胁，在应用电气设备过程中应当保证电源在接通状态，因此通电状态下的电气设备本身在运行中就有一定安全威胁，一旦出现电气设备爆炸事故，必将直接连带操作人员共同爆炸[2]。……
