探究建筑工程资料管理中存在的问题及其改进策略

摘要：建筑工程资料可以较为客观、公正地展现出建筑工程质量，能够为后续维修养护及扩建等工作的开展提供支持。因此，相关人员必须要重视建筑工程资料管理工作的开展。本文简要介绍了建筑工程资料管理重要性，分析了建筑工程资料管理问题并提出改进措施，希望能够提高建筑工程资料的管理水平，为后续相关工作的开展提供参考。

Abstract：Construction engineering data can show the quality of construction engineering more objectively and impartially， and can provide support for the follow-up maintenance， maintenance and expansion work.Therefore， the relevant personnel must pay attention to the development of the construction engineering data management work.This article briefly introduces the importance of construction engineering data management， analyzes the data management problems and puts forward improvement measures， hoping to improve the data management level and provide reference for the follow-up development of related work.

在新時期，建筑行业发展较为迅速，人们对于建筑工程有了新的要求。在开展建筑施工时，不仅需要确保其质量符合要求，还需要从多个角度出发对于施工各个阶段数据进行如实记载，因此在开展工程设计、验收、施工等工作时必须要做好资料保管工作。在大数据背景下，各行业发展过程中所产生的数据能够在一定程度上决定后续维修保护工作及战略的制定，建筑行业也是如此，只有做好建筑工程资料的管理工作，才能推动行业的进一步发展。

1建筑工程资料管理重要性

在开展建筑工程施工过程中，所出现的工程资料是一个大致的概念，其包含了尚未施工前的准备资料、施工过程中所形成的数据资料及施工结束后的竣工资料等，复杂程度比较高。在这个过程中运用恰当的措施对于工程资料进行管理，可以提升施工的规范程度，在较短的时间内结束工程验收和审核工作。除此之外，对于施工资料开展管理，还可以通过应用施工资料开展科研工作，增加施工技术含量，改善建筑工程质量[1]。……
