“课程思政”背景下高职教师育德能力提升路径探析

摘  要：课堂是实施“课程思政”的主渠道，教师是开展“课程思政”的主力军，因此提升教师的育德能力是落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径，是确保“课程思政”实施成效的主导因素，是夯实教师政治理论素养的重要手段。针对目前高职教师育德意识淡薄、育德能力有限、育德方法陈旧、育德制度缺失等现状，探索了适用于高职教师育德能力提升路径。

Abstract：Classroom is the main channel to implement "curriculum ideological and political education"， and teachers are the main force to carry out "curriculum ideological and political education". Therefore， improving teachers' moral education ability is an important way to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people"， a leading factor to ensure the implementation effect of "curriculum ideological and political education"， and an important means to consolidate teachers' political theoretical literacy. In view of the current situation of weak moral education consciousness， limited ability， outdated methods and lack of moral education system， this paper explores the path to improve the moral education ability of higher vocational teachers.

高職教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，其兼具高等性与职业性的特点。实施具有高职特色的“课程思政”教育改革，实现“立德树人”根本目标，课堂是主阵地、课程是基础、教师是核心，因此提升高职教师的育德能力是高职院校推进“课程思政”教育改革首先要解决的问题。

1  “课程思政”背景下高职教师育德能力提升的重要性

1.1 提升教师的育德能力是落实“立德树人”根本目标的重要保障

习近平总书记多次强调，要把立德树人作为根本任务，培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。其中德育作为“五育”之首，凸显了其在人才培养中的核心地位。

“育人之本在育德”。当今世界思想文化多元化的同时也伴随着一些不健康思想文化的渗透，处于“拔节孕穗”期的高职学生政治、思想、道德、纪律意识淡薄，难辨是非曲直，教师作为人才培养的核心力量与课堂教学育人直接责任人，应对其进行正确引导。因此，教师的育德意识和育德能力直接影响到课程育人的成效。……
