监狱物联网建设的研究

摘  要：“数字法治，智慧司法”信息化体系建设是司法部从全面依法治国的高度，精心谋划、缜密部署的一项具有政治性、战略性、全局性的创新工程。其中，监狱在司法活动中作为刑事犯罪刑罚执行的主要场所与国家机器，在安全性与可靠性上有更高的要求。而随着物联网技术的日益成熟，监狱建设迎来了新的机遇。了解智慧监狱建设中的价值取向与存在的问题，并对智慧监狱建设中物联网技术的应用与拓展进行探讨与研究是监狱建设的当务之急。

Abstract： The construction of the "digital rule of law， smart justice" informatization system is a political， strategic and global innovation project that the Ministry of Justice has carefully planned from the perspective of administering the country in accordance with the law. Among them， prisons are the main venues and state machines for criminal punishment in judicial activities and have higher requirements on security and reliability. With the rapid development of the maturity of the Internet of things technology， new opportunities ushered in prison construction.To understand the value orientation and existing problems in the construction of smart prisons and to explore and research the application and expansion of the Internet of things technology in the construction of smart prisons are the top priorities of prison construction.

智慧监狱建设是“数字法治，智慧司法”建设中的重点内容，而物联网作为世界信息产业第三次浪潮的重要组成部分，其在智慧监狱建设中的应用得到了广泛关注。与此同时，在现有的智慧监狱建设工作中仍旧存在着较多的问题，这些问题不仅给监狱一线干警工作效率的提升、工作强度的降低、管理水平的提升造成了一定负面的影响，还对智慧监狱建设中物联网技术的应用与拓展产生了一定的消极作用。因此，要想使得智慧监狱的建设取得较好的效果，首先需要明确智慧监狱建设的价值取向，并依据这些价值取向选择合适的物联网技术加以应用与拓展，从而才可能使得“数字法治，智慧司法”的建设得到有效推进。

1  智慧监獄建设的价值取向

智慧监狱实质上是一个全面综合环境与信息的平台，其核心价值取向主要体现在前沿信息技术融合化、矫正文化助力立体化以及监狱区域单元服务渗透人性化3个方面[1]。……
