苏州地区高校“班团一体化”运行中辅导员影响力提升研究

摘  要：高校班团一体化运行机制如何有效顺应时代潮流，提升班团组织的活力等均有较成熟的研究，但是对于高校辅导员在班团一体化进程中的影响以及如何提升影响力的研究相对较少，目前暂未有系统研究。班团一体化对高校班级管理和团支部建设有着重大意义，高校辅导员作为学生事务一线管理人员和班团一体化建设工作的主要承担者和管理者，开展高校辅导员如何提升在班团一体化运行机制中影响力的研究，有利于班级管理和学生工作的开展，同时也有利于辅导员工作的进一步推进，为开展学生工作更好地服务。通过对苏州地区高校的走访和实地调研，对如何提升辅导员在班团一体化进程中的影响力，提出了切实可行的建议，为辅导员开展工作提供了有效帮助。

Abstract：How to effectively comply with the trend of the era and improve the vitality of the class and league organization in colleges and universities have achieved relatively mature research. However， there are relatively few studies on the influence of college counselors in the process of class and league integration and how to improve their influence. Currently， there is no systematic research on it. Class and league integration is of great significance to class management and league branch construction in colleges and universities. College counselors are the main undertakers and managers of the integration of student affairs and class and league. How to improve the influence of college counselors in the integrated operation mechanism of class and league is conducive to the development of class management and student work， as well as the further promotion of counselors' work so as to better serve the development of student work. Through the visits and field investigations of colleges and universities in Suzhou， the author puts forward feasible suggestions on how to improve the influence of counselors in the integration process of class and league and provides effective help for counselors in their work.

目前國内学术界对于班团一体化研究的内容和方向主要包括运行机制、建设路径、具体实施方案的探讨等方面，内容主要限于班团一体化机制本身的研究和探讨，研究对象主要限于学校和学院团委老师，对于高校其他主体和班团一体化运行机制之间的联系和作用研究涉猎较少。高校辅导员是学生工作的一线人员，在日常工作中有大量的时间和机会能够和学生骨干接触，对于班级的建设和管理有相当多的感悟，选取辅导员在班团一体化进程中的影响作为研究的切入点，能够结合实际工作内容，以小见大，将辅导员工作和班团一体化运行机制相结合，通过研究为辅导员开展学生工作提供努力方向，并能够为推进机制建设提供思路和方法。……
