校园冰雪运动发展及后备人才培养研究

摘  要：随着经济社会的发展，生活水平的不断提高，大众冰雪运动的需求进入了爆发式增长的阶段。该文使用文献综述法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对影响冰雪运动在中小学校园开展的诸多因素进行分析，进而找到解决阻碍冰雪运动发展的对策，旨在推动冰雪运动在中小学校园的普及与推广，形成可持续、常态化的发展体制，使中小学校园成为冰雪后备人才的培育基地，解决冰雪运动后继乏人的问题。

Abstract： With the development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of living standard， the demand of mass ice and snow sports has entered the stage of explosive growth. This paper uses literature review method， logical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the factors that affect the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools and then find solutions to hinder the development of ice and snow sports. The purpose is to promote the popularization and promotion of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools， form a sustainable and normalized development system and make primary and secondary schools become the training of ice and snow reserve talents to solve the problem of lack of successors for ice and snow sports.

2015年7月31日，在马来西亚吉隆坡举行的国际奥委会第128次会议宣布，北京赢得了2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会的举办权;2018年9月5日国家体育总局公布《“带动三亿人参加冰雪运动”实施纲要（2018—2022年）》。冬奥会的成功申办为中国的冰雪项目大发展注入了一针强心剂，实施纲要更是为冰雪运动的蓬勃开展添柴助力。短短几年，我国冰雪运动热潮迅速掀起，广大群众对冰雪运动的热情也逐步高涨，通过推行百万青少年上冰雪和校园冰雪计划，冰雪项目在中小学校园也如火如荼地开展起来。但就目前而言，我国冰雪运动的普及程度并不高，冰雪运动竞技后备人才缺乏，培养通道不畅、模式单一。为了改变现状，就必须从根源解决问题，而教育就是最根本的推动力，通过学校教育让更多青少年儿童对冰雪运动产生兴趣，从而带动冰雪产业、冰雪运动的快速发展，解决后备人才匮乏的问题。……
