玉屏风颗粒联合利巴韦林对反复呼吸道感染患儿炎性因子水平及免疫功能的影响

摘要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对对患者免疫功能和炎症反应的影响。方法选取86例反复呼吸道感染患儿，按随机数字表法分为2组，各43例。对照组予以利巴韦林治疗，观察组加用玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较2组炎性因子水平、免疫功能和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后IL-5、CysLTs、TNF-α低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+，高于对照组，CD8+，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论联用玉屏风颗粒、利巴韦林可增强反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能，促进炎症消退，加快病情好转，安全可靠。

Effect of Yupingfeng Granule Combined with Ribavirin on the Level of Inflammatory Factors

and Immune Function in Child Patients with Recurrent Respiratory Infections

【Abstract】Objective： To study the curative effect of Yupingfeng Granule combined with ribavirin in the treatment of child patients with recurrent respiratory infections and its influence on their immune function and inflammation reaction. Methods： 86 child patients with recurrent respiratory infections were selected and divided into 2 groups according to a random number table， 43 cases per group. The control group was treated with ribavirin and the observation group was added Yupingfeng Granules on the base of the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors， immune function and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： The IL-5， CysLTs， and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The CD3+， CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment， but CD8+ was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The combination use of Yupingfeng Granules and ribavirin can improve the immune function of child patients with recurrent respiratory infections， promote the regression of inflammation and speed up the improvement of the disease and is safe and reliable.

反復呼吸道感染儿科较为常见，其病程反复、迁延难愈，若不及时治疗，还可导致哮喘等并发症，严重影响患儿机体生长发育[1]。利巴韦林是治疗本病的常用药物，其属于强效抗病毒药物，可对呼吸道合胞病毒等多种病毒DNA合成进行抑制，阻止病毒复制，从而加快病毒清除[2]。但该病是多因素综合所致，单纯抗病毒难以加快病情好转。玉屏风颗粒是中药制剂，具有益气、固表、止汗之功效，用于体虚易感风邪者中，可扶正固本，增强机体抵抗力，促进呼吸道炎症消退，从而改善患儿病情进展[3]。鉴于此，本研究旨在分析玉屏风颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床效果。报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料选取2018年5月—2020年5月就诊的86例反复呼吸道感染患儿，按随机数字表法分为2组，各43例。对照组男24例，女19例;年龄2～11岁，平均年龄（5.15±1.07）岁;体重12～38 kg，平均体重（20.39±2.65）kg;病程2～8 d，平均病程（3.69±0.42）d。观察组男26例，女17例;年龄2～12岁，平均年龄（5.18±1.09）岁;体重13～39 kg，平均体重（20.42±2.67）kg;病程1～9 d，平均病程（3.72±0.44）d。……
