国有施工企业成本控制、风险识别与治能现代化

【摘  要】对于建设施工企业而言，工程项目是企业的基础，也是企业管理的难点和重点，成本管理是项目管理的重要内容。对于一个大型建设施工单位来说，对诸多不确定性因素带来的风险进行有效分析和管控，离不开数据的获取和分析。论文利用企业已有的内部数据，根据企业成本构成和重要性筛选出关键风险点，做好数据集成工作，对其进行数据跟踪，对重要信息进行有效的提取，并建立相应的数据库，以期为企业发展提供保障。

【Abstract】For the construction enterprises， the engineering project is the foundation of the enterprises， but also the difficulty and focus of management in enterprises. Cost management is an important part of project management. For a large construction unit， effective analysis and control of risks arising from many uncertainties cannot be achieved without the acquisition and analysis of data. This paper uses the existing internal data of the enterprise to screen out the key risk points according to the cost composition and importance of the enterprise， do well the data aggregation work， track the data， extract the important information effectively， and establish the corresponding database， with a view to providing security for the development of the enterprise.

1 引言

随着信息技术和大数据科学的发展，信息技术的应用已经深入我国社会发展的各个领域，它改变着人们的生产生活方式。充分运用大数据进行信息采集和分析，能够提升企业的经营管理水平，为企业制定战略性决策提供数据支持。企业财务管理作为内部管理的重要环节，财务管理水平和效率将会对企业的经营发展产生直接的影响，企业必须重视管理方式创新，将大数据的思维运用于企业财务部门，可以实现企业财务管理模式的优化。

国内宏观经济压力增大，虽有专项债的配合，财政资金面临巨大压力。对于资金密集型国有施工企业而言，在新形势下如何利用大数据思维做好风险识别，有效控制成本，增强企业的治理能力，是当前和以后一段时间要解决的实际问题。
