建筑工程项目钢筋管理策划的应用

【摘  要】随着社会的不断进步，建筑业迎来了发展机遇期，传统建筑企业对工程自身的要求会逐渐增多，不但要关注施工的质量、安全、进度，而且更加关心工程施工成本。为了做好施工中的工程成本控制，就要做好前期的规划和策划，特别是对钢筋、混凝土、木料等工程主材的管理策划，再配合施工进度的推进，监督施工过程中的主材消耗，在保证工程施工进度的前提下，实现企业效益的最大化。因此，论文主要探讨了建筑工程项目钢筋管理策划的应用。

【Abstract】With the continuous progress of society， the construction industry has ushered in a period of development opportunities， traditional construction enterprises will gradually increase the requirements for the engineering itself. They are not only concerned about the quality， safety and progress of construction， but also more concerned about the construction cost of the project. In order to do a good job in the construction of engineering cost control， we must do a good job of preliminary programming and planning， especially the management and planning of the main materials of the engineering such as steel bars， concrete， wood， etc.， and then with the advancement of construction progress， supervise the consumption of main materials in the construction process， so as  to ensure the progress of the engineering construction and achieve the maximum benefit of the enterprises. Therefore， the paper mainly discusses the application of management and planning of steel bars in construction engineering project.

1 引言

做好建筑工程施工中的成本控制，不但要了解建筑工程施工成本的重要性，而且还要对建筑工程施工过程中的主材消耗进行策划，尤其对主材钢筋的管理要用“源头控制”的思路去控制。因此，通过排布合理的施工进度计划，再动用必要的各种手段措施，从而实现建筑工程项目钢筋管理水平的提高。

2 建筑工程项目钢筋管理策划的内容

2.1 策划宗旨

钢筋管理策划是对整个项目钢筋管理过程中的管理水平与具体项目成本进行全面性的过程管控，而且策划是建筑工程施工管理中的重要一环，不但能够实现对未来施工管理成本的预测和发展过程中的变化趋势进行有效的控制，还能减少施工中计划与实施的差距。同样，建筑工程项目钢筋策划就是在项目开工之前就对大宗主材进行有效的预判和控制，把项目成本锁定在一个合理、有效的状态之中。……
