浅议“烧山火”针法之补虚

摘要：近年来，关于针刺复式手法治病的探讨较多，临床常将“烧山火”针法结合相关腧穴配伍用于治疗虚证。基于此，文章通过析源溯流，结合现代研究，探讨“烧山火”针法补虚的理论和临床基础，以期为“烧山火”针法更好地应用于临床虚证治疗提供参考。

Preliminary Discussion on Tonifying Deficiency through “Heat-producing Needling”

Abstract： In recent years， there are many discussions on the treatment of diseases with acupuncture compound manipulation， and the combination of “heat-producing needling” and related acupoints compatibility is often used to treat deficiency syndrome. Based on this， this article analyzed the origin， combined with modern research， and explored the theoretical and clinical basis of tonifying deficiency through “heat-producing needling”， in order to provide a reference for better clinical application of heat-producing needling in treatment of deficiency syndrome.

“烧山火”是针刺复式手法之一，最早见于明代徐凤的《金针赋》[1]。该针法通过综合运用“烧山火”手法，可以使患者局部或全身产生温热感[2]，其治病的理念源于《素问》，其施术方法深受《周易》影响，以调和阴阳为总则[3]。“烧山火”针法的临床应用较广泛，但其操作较繁复[4]，现代医家将理论与临床经验相结合，总结了“烧山火”针法的取效要点。“烧山火”针法临床常用于治疗虚证，能调节患者气血运行[5]，使机体阳气隆盛、经气充盈以补虚。

1  形不足者，温之以气

虚证是人体的一种病理状态，是患者因正气不足表现出来的一系列临床症状。中医治病强调诊察虚实。如《素问·调经论篇》载：“五脏之道，皆出于经隧，以行血气。血气不和，百病乃变化而生，是故守经隧焉。”百病所生，皆有虚实。

针刺手法的治病根本为补虚泻实，“烧山火”针法治病的基础亦为补虚。营卫气血是针刺补泻的生理基础[6]，通过针刺补泻可使营卫调和，气血运行流畅。《素问·阴阳应象大论篇》有言“形不足者，温之以气”。人体由于脾胃虚弱，可见形体不足、气血不充、神疲乏力、少气懒言等症状。……
