摘 要：智能联网汽车是指汽车智能化水平比较高，能够和网络进行连接，达成自动驾驶目标的汽车。主要可以划分为智能驾驶以及智能互联两个关键，能够使人们出行更加方便、高效。本篇文章对于智能网联汽车发展规划和政策进行了简要介绍，并分析了推动智能网联汽车产业发展的对策，希望能够为智能网联汽车行业的发展提供支持。

Abstract：Smart connected cars refer to cars that have a relatively high level of intelligence and can be connect to the network to achieve the goal of autonomous driving. It can be divided into two types： intelligent driving and intelligent interconnection， which can make people travel more conveniently and efficiently. This article briefly introduces the development plan and policy of the intelligent networked vehicle， and analyzes the countermeasures to promote the development of the intelligent networked vehicle industry， hoping to provide support for the development of the intelligent networked vehicle industry.

智能網联汽车的出现对于汽车行业的发展而言是一个全新的发展方向，受到了社会各界的关注。为了推动智能网联汽车的发展，我国出台了相关政策，对于这些政策进行分析，可以使汽车行业在发展的过程中发现重点，更有针对性的进行发展。随着互联网技术水平的提升以及大数据等先进技术的应用，传统汽车行业已经进行了一些转型。智能网联汽车不仅能够降低对于能源的消耗，还能够对于周围的环境进行保护，使汽车行业在新时期得到更好的发展，为此必须要重视智能网汽车产业发展规划与政策，对其进行分析。

1 智能网联汽车产业发展与发展政策概括

我国有关部门较为重视智能网联汽车产业的发展，在2016年就已经制定了一些政策来对于智能网联汽车产业进行引导、干涉，其中一些短期和长期的规划，可以为我国的经济发展提供支持，在这些规划的影响下，我国智能网联汽车得到了一定的发展[1]。

在对于智能网联汽车进行模拟测试的过程中，其场地已经从原本的封闭场所转变到现实场地之中，需要面临的挑战也在不断增加。……
