交通工程管理中现场管理的应用解析

摘 要：社会经济的高速发展，离不开交通工程的施工建设。只有保障交通工程的安全建设与平稳运行，才能为社会生产，人们出行，带来巨大的便利。因此就要高度重视交通工程的现场管理，包括前期勘查、施工建设、后期维护等，都要从多个方面、多种渠道、多个角度，进行维护管理，充分发挥现场管理的价值与作用。只有做好现场管理工作，才能降低安全事故的发生概率，保障交通工程的平稳运行，提高其质量安全。

Application Analysis of Site Management in Traffic Engineering Management

Abstract：The rapid development of social economy is inseparable from the construction of traffic engineering. Only by ensuring the safe construction and smooth operation of transportation projects can it bring great convenience to social production and people's travel. Therefore， we must attach great importance to on-site management of traffic engineering， including early-stage survey， construction， and post-maintenance. Maintenance and management must be carried out from multiple aspects， multiple channels， and multiple angles to give full play to the value and role of on-site management. Only by doing a good job in on-site management can we reduce the probability of safety accidents， ensure the smooth operation of traffic projects， and improve the quality and safety.

1 引言

交通工程的现场管理内容，不仅非常繁多，而且十分复杂。因此在实际管理中，就会遇到各种各样的问题，比如忽视质量管控、人员素质低下、制度体系缺失等等，都将影响着工程的质量与安全。因此就要针对这些问题，展开详细深入的分析，然后制定相应的解决策略，充分发挥现场管理的功能，实现合理高效应用。

2 交通工程现场管理的内容

2.1 准备工作的管理

交通工程的施工建设，涉及的专业较多，耗费的时间与资金较多，因此现场管理的内容也非常多。其中施工前的准备工作，就需要给予高度的重视，才能保障后续施工的井然有序进行。整个准备工作的管理内容，具体包括以下几个方面：第一，人员管理。人員管理包括设计人员、施工人员、技术人员、操作人员等等，都需要将责任明确到每一位人员身上，在相互配合与协调下，来展开施工。第二，材料管理。材料管理包括采购、运输、检测、保管、领用等环节，都要进行层层审核，遵循相应的条例与准则，进行严格监控[1]。……
