“1+x”背景下的汽车维修专业人才培养体系结构建设

摘 要：近年来，随着我国经济的持续稳定发展，社会对技术型人才的需求不断增加，适应我国国情需要的教育改革体制也在不断深化与完善，职业技术学校也在其中，2019年4月4日，我国教育部、国家发改委、市场监管总局和财政部就联合发布了《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》，同月又发布了关于这一制度的首批试点工作通知，职业技术学校的教育改革正式提上日程，这一制度的实施为职业技术学校和技术型人才的进步与发展提供了导向和重要保障。

The Construction of the System Structure of Automobile Maintenance Professional Personnel Training under the Background of "1+x"

Abstract：In recent years， with the sustained and stable development of Chinas economy， the societys demand for technical talents has continued to increase， and the education reform system that adapts to the needs of Chinas national conditions has also been deepened and improved. Vocational and technical schools are among them. On the 4th of April 2019 the Ministry of Education， the National Development and Reform Commission， the State Administration of Market Supervision and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "Pilot Plan for Implementing the System of "Education Certificate + Certain Vocational Skill Level Certificates" in Colleges and Universities". The first batch of pilot work notices officially put the education reform of vocational technical schools on the agenda. The implementation of this system provides guidance and important guarantee for the progress and development of vocational technical schools and technical talents.

汽车行业在经历了一次次的发展转型后，职能网联趋势更明显，与之相对应的汽车维修技术也在不断进步与提升，汽车维修的范围不再只局限于零件修复，能够通过专业技能与互联网维修技术，快速准确的判断出故障，并给出合理的维修方案才是现代化维修人才应具备的能力和素养。人才作为行业发展的基础与源动力，“1+x”背景下，汽车维修专业人才的培养也就至关重要。

1 1+x的概念与价值

学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书制度即“1+x”证书制度，以下称为1+x，1是从业者的学历证书，x则是从业者需持有的若干职业技能等级证书，二者相结合就体现出了我国综合素质教育的教育理念与要求。1+x，不仅是提高我国人才培养质量的重要保证，是改进我国人才培养的培训与评价模式的关键渠道，也是国家进一步完成资历框架建设的基础，对于实现职业学校课程体系重建，优化教学内容以及实现教育教学改革的深化，促进教学模式与方法的统筹与实施等都有着重要作用[1]。……
