基于1+X证书要求的新能源汽车实训中心建设研究

摘 要：新形势下，随着科学技术的不断发展，现代化高校建设也开始寻找属于自己的出发点与落脚点。新能源汽车的迅速崛起，为未来的发展提供了前进的动力，与此同时，也给企业的转型带来了强大的机遇。此时，就需要高校分析人才培养的建设需要，加大新能源汽车实训中心建设的力度。在此背景下，1+X证书制度的建设方式就一跃呈现到了大家的视野当中，一方面弥补了大国工匠的短缺;另外一方面满足了新能源汽车的高速发展。因此，本文首先抛出需要探究的课题，之后，结合现状，分析不足，建立优势性。根据1+X证书制度需求，满足新能源汽车实训中心建设的实际需要。

Research on the Construction of New Energy Vehicle Training Center based on 1+x Certificate Requirements

Abstract：Under the new situation， with the continuous development of science and technology， the construction of modern universities has begun to find its own starting point and foothold. The rapid rise of new energy vehicles provides a driving force for future development， and at the same time， it also brings a powerful opportunity for the transformation of enterprises. Currently， universities need to analyze the construction needs of talent training and increase the intensity of the construction of new energy vehicle training centers. In this context， the construction method of the 1+x certificate system has suddenly appeared in everyone's vision. On the one hand， it makes up for the shortage of craftsmen in big countries; on the other hand， it meets the high development of new energy vehicles. Therefore， this article first puts forward topics that need to be explored， and then combines the status quo， analyzes deficiencies， and establishes advantages. According to the requirements of the 1+x certificate system， it meets the actual needs of the construction of the new energy vehicle training center.

1 问题的提出

随着科学技术的进一步发展，新能源汽车和传统理念下的燃料汽车存在很大的区别。新能源汽车所具备的发展潜力不容小觑，并且未来的发展一片光明[1]。此时，高校就需要结合现实的需求，制定长远的人才培养计划，保持新能源汽车的建设发展。新能源汽车产业的快速发展对高校专业建设不仅是一种机遇，也是一种挑战。工程实践及创新属于学校的特色所在，也是企业实际工作任务的建设保障[2]。与此同时，社会对人才的需求也上升到了一个重要的档次，对人才的要求也上升了一个重要的高度。此时，1+X 证书制度就呈现到了大家的视野当中，为新能源汽车实训中心的建立奠定了良好的基础。不仅可以适应于经济的发展需要，也可以适应于社会的实际需求。……
