基于“智慧物流”的高职物流管理专业核心课程教学改革研究

摘 要：近年来，随着科学技术和经济的飞速发展，以及互联网的兴起，物流成为了一个独立自主的新兴行业，同时也增大了对于专业人才的需求量。尤其是在“智慧物流”背景下，通过互联网、智能软硬件、大数据等智慧化的手段，实现各个物流环节之间的动态化管理和物流系统的智能化，这就对于高职院校物流管理专业带来了严峻的考验，也是让高职物流管理专业核心课程教学改革的一个重要的推动力。

Research on the Teaching Reform of Core Courses of Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Based on "Smart Logistics"

Abstract：In recent years， with the rapid development of science， technology and economy， as well as the rise of the Internet， logistics has become an independent emerging industry， and it has also increased the demand for professional talents. Especially in the context of "smart logistics"， through the Internet， intelligent software and hardware， big data and other intelligent means， the dynamic management of various logistics links and the intelligentization of the logistics system are realized. The management major has brought severe tests， and it is also an important driving force for the teaching reform of the core courses of the higher vocational logistics management major.

物流產业转型升级背景下，企业对高职院校物流专业提出了新的人才培养需求。“智慧物流”的发展对了解物流信息技术，具备物流环节综合协调能力的管理人才需求巨大。物流企业对人才的需求，不仅是要求其掌握物流各环节的操作技能，更是要他们熟悉物流操作流程，能够运用物流仓储、运输、供应链、信息等智能管理系统，实现物流低成本、高效率运作，能进行企业物流流程优化的创新型的智能物流管理人才。这对职业教育提出了新的、更高的要求，我们必须通过课程改革适应升级后的物流产业对人才的新需求，提高职业教育人才培养的质量。

1 高职物流管理专业课程教学改革现状及存在的问题

1.1 传统的教育教学方法以难以适应“智慧物流”的发展

传统的教学方法主要采用讲授法，讲授法在课堂教育的过程中大多都是先通过教师的简单讲解，然后再进行一些简单的操作，没有给予学生们充分的时间去亲自动手完成教学实践，导致教学的效果很不理想。……
