文献计量学的积淀和发展

摘要：[目的/意义]作为国内文献计量研究的先驱及其发展的推动者和见证者，邱均平先生始终站在文献计量学研究的前沿，引领国内文献计量学领域的发展。其于2019年出版的新书《文献计量学》（第2版）是对1988年《文献计量学》的完善和发展，值得推介。[方法/过程]运用归纳推理、比较分析等方法对新版《文献计量学》的体系结构、内容特征和学术价值进行评述。[结果/结论]新版《文献计量学》在原版基础之上，建立了更为合理的“理论、方法和应用”结构体系，内容更加连续系统，同时与时俱进、补充了国内外最新的相关研究进展和发展成果，对未来“五计学”的发展和人才培养具有重要的奠基和引领作用。

The Accumulation and Development of Bibliometrics

——Comment on Bibliometrics Written By Professor Qiu Junping

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]As a domestic pioneer of bibliometric research and a promoter and witness of its development，Mr.Qiu Junping always stands at the forefront of bibliometric research and leads the development of domestic bibliometric field.His new book，bibliometrics（Second Edition），published in 2019，is the improvement and development of bibliometrics（First Edition）in 1988，which is worth promoting.[Method/process]Using inductive reasoning，comparative analysis and other methods，this paper reviewed the architecture，content characteristics and academic value of the new edition of bibliometrics.[Result/Conclusion]On the basis of the original edition，the new edition of bibliometrics establishes a more reasonable“theory，method and application”structure system，and its content is more continuous and systematic.At the same time，it keeps pace with the time and supplements the latest relevant research achievements at home and abroad，which plays an important foundation and leading role in the future development of“five metrics”and talent training.

文獻计量学是图书情报学、信息管理学领域的一个重要分支学科，也是当前国际图书情报学术界研究活跃的专业领域之一。文献计量学在图书资料的收集、管理、检索和分析，以及科研管理与评价、情报研究中有着重要地位，是图书情报工作管理走向科学化的重要方法。国内文献计量学研究从萌芽到繁荣，走过了一段漫长艰辛的发展历程。在目前网络学术交流的环境下，迫切需要对1988年初版之后30年来文献计量学取得的成果和应用进行梳理总结，邱均平先生2019年新版的《文献计量学》正是从上述角度出发，在初版的基础之上，将31年来文献计量学产生的新成果和新应用进行总结和补充，展示了文献计量学发展的新高度。……
