摘 要：作为我国的重要经济支柱产业，近年来汽车行业蓬勃发展，汽车企业与其密切相关的现代物流管理技术也迎来新的发展态势。通过物流整合，将使产业链的盈利水平和市场竞争能力得到全面进步与提升。本文针对中现代物流管理技术进行分析，并结合汽车物流的特征，探讨中国汽车行业在进行物流体系建设时的相关原则与策略。

Abstract：As an important economic pillar industry of our country， the automobile industry has developed vigorously in recent years， and automobile enterprises and their closely related modern logistics management technologies are also ushering in a new development trend. Through logistics integration， the profitability of the industrial chain and market competitiveness will be comprehensively improved and improved. This article analyzes the Chinese and modern logistics management technology， and combines the characteristics of automobile logistics to discuss the relevant principles and strategies of the Chinese automobile industry in the construction of the logistics system.

1 物流概述

1.1 物流的概念和定义

物流是指为了满足广大消费者对于相关货物服务以及信息的使用需求，从这些内容的起始点到消费地形成的有效流动、存储相关过程而实施的计划与措施。基于物流的定义进行分析，其物流体系囊括了运输、管理、存货、仓储、物料搬运、货物包装等相关内容以及与這些内容相关的各项活动。在物流体系中所有的货物源于供应商，最终的目标是广大消费者，在这一过程中涉及到客户的流动成本和服务水平，也涉及到物流的效益和对客户所带来的服务需求。

1.2 现阶段物流管理技术分析

供应链管理技术是现代物流中的一种新型技术，它是借助于监控评估和调整相关组织来对需要进行流通的商业目标信息以及物料进行管理的一种方法。借助于供应链管理技术，我们在进行货物流通的过程中能够针对供应链中的每一个元素进行深入分析，探索相应供应链元素所产生的影响，针对货物流通过程中的相关流程进行优化和改善，从而降低货物流通的成本，获得更大的物流管理效果和质量。……
