知识管理在非物质文化遗产档案领域的应用探析

摘要：知识管理是知识经济时代提出的新管理思潮与方法，如何使非遗档案成为助力民族紧密团结与繁荣发展的“知识资本”，是知识管理理论范式下非遗档案工作的重要使命。文章将知识管理与非遗档案的收集、保管和开发利用相结合，从知识管理的知识获取、知识组织与存储、知识创造与共享三个层面，探讨其在非遗档案领域的应用问题，为非遗档案工作的创新提供了具体的操作思路。

Abstract： Knowledge management is a new thought and method of management proposed by management scholars in order to help organizations cope with the challenges of the information new economy era. How to make the Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives become the“knowledge capital”to improve the close unity and prosperity of ethnic groups is an important mission of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives work under the paradigm of knowl？ edge management theory. This paper combines knowledge management with the collection， storage， development and utilization of Intangible Cultural Heri？ tage Archives. It discusses the application of knowl？ edge management in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives from three aspects： knowledge ac？ quisition， knowledge organization and storage， knowl？ edge creation and sharing， and provides specific oper？ ational ideas for the innovation of intangible cultural heritage archives.

知识管理是管理学学者在帮助组织应对信息新经济时代之挑战而提出的新管理思潮与方法，其核心理念是指通过信息处理能力与人的知识创新能力的最佳結合，在最恰当的时间将最恰当的知识传递给最恰当的人，在整个管理过程中最大限度地实现知识共享，[1]使累积的知识成为组织最有利的竞争优势。

档案工作的核心业务不仅与知识管理中的知识获取、组织、共享与创新相关内容高度契合，且近年来，随着特里·库克有关“档案后保管模式”理念的提出，关注档案之知识价值逐渐成了档案学领域最新的发展趋势之一，并在学界兴起了一种新的理想追求共识——即档案知识管理理论范式。[2]

非物质文化遗产（以下简称“非遗”）包含了与民族维系、凝聚和绵延相关的重要信息，而非遗档案则是将这些原始信息固化于一定载体的结果。如何使非遗档案成为助力民族紧密团结与繁荣发展的“知识资本”，无疑是知识管理理论范式下非遗档案工作的重要使命。……
