摘要:通过对刹车机轮的组成、现有静刹车力矩计算方法及试验验证方法的研究分析,得出目前反映出的部分飞机静刹车力矩不足的根本原因。从飞机刹车系统实际工况出发,改进了静刹车力矩的计算方法和试验验证方法。以某型静刹车力矩不足的飞机为例,按照改进后的静刹车力矩计算方法,重新计算静刹车力矩,改进设计刹车装置提升静刹车力矩,按照改进后的验证试验方法,完成试验室验证试验和装机飞行试验。通过分析试验结果,得出本项目改进后的静刹车力矩计算方法和试验验证方法,比现有方法和标准更加严格,可以支持全新研制和现有飞机静刹车力矩的提升。

Study on Static Braking Torque of Brake Wheel

Abstract: Through the research and analysis of the composition of brake wheels, the existing static braking torque calculation methods and test verification methods, the root causes of insufficient static braking torque of some aircraft are obtained. Based on the actual working conditions of aircraft braking system, the calculation method and test verification method of static braking torque are improved. Taking an aircraft with insufficient static braking torque as an example, according to the improved static braking torque calculation method, recalculate the static braking torque, improve the design of braking device to improve the static braking torque, and complete the laboratory verification test and installed flight test according to the improved verification test method. By analyzing the test results, it is concluded that the improved static braking torque calculation method and test verification method of the project are more stringent than the existing methods and standards, and can support the new development and improvement of static braking torque of existing aircraft.

對于军用飞机,为提高飞机机动性能,通常要求在发动机最大推力状态下应能刹住飞机,即具备起飞线停机刹车(也称静刹车)功能。
静刹车是在起飞线时,由刹车系统输出刹车压力至刹车装置,使刹车盘产生制动力矩,进而使轮胎与地面间产生摩擦力,实现起飞线刹停飞机。在飞机研制过程中,由于刹车材料的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数不一致,为实现静刹车功能,通常需要单独规定静刹车力矩。静刹车力矩由主机单位根据飞机几何尺寸、重量重心数据、发动机推力、轮胎半径等一系列参数计算得出,通过技术协议等形式传递给刹车机轮承制厂家,厂家根据相关标准要求完成设计及验证试验。……
