摘要:随着自主品牌乘用车研发投入逐年增加,合资品牌国产化深入,整车阳光模拟试验由于可模拟车辆实际使用的强光环境和高温状态来验证和改善车辆的耐候性能,且具有试验周期短的优势,在车辆研发阶段的应用越来越广泛。相较于自然暴晒,整车阳光模拟试验的另一个优势就是复现性、一致性强,这主要归因于整车阳光模拟试验的核心——光照强度均匀度校准,该工作克服了试验灯具非一致性,保证了有效照射区域在规定的光照强度的照射下进行试验,保证了多次试验的条件偏差在标准允许范围内。本文就光强均匀度测量及调整方法进行相关研究讨论。

Overall Vehicle Solar Simulation Test

With the increasing investment in research and development of independent brands of passenger cars and the localization of joint venture brands, the overall vehicle solar simulation environment test can simulate the strong light environment and high temperature of vehicles in actual use conditions to verify and improve the weatherability. Furthermore, the test has short cycle period therefore is more and more widely used in the vehicle research phase. Compared with natural exposure, another advantage of overall vehicle solar simulation environment test is the strong reproducibility and consistency, which is mainly attributed to the calibration of light irradiation uniformity, the core of vehicle sunlight simulation test. The work overcomes the inconsistency of test lamps and ensures that all positions of vehicle are tested under the illumination of the standard light intensity and the condition deviation of multiple tests is within the allowable range of the standard. In this paper, the measurement and adjustment method of intensity uniformity are discussed.

光强均匀度校准工作是在整车阳光模拟试验开始前进行,在测得一组基准面光强数据后,工程师根据结果对光照系统进行调整,重复多次测量调整直至满足标准要求。……
