摘要:钢箱梁兼具稳定性好、跨越能力强、自重较轻、施工便捷等多重优势,钢箱梁是桥梁建设中的重要结构形式,在现阶段的跨铁路桥涵施工中取得广泛的应用。钢箱梁安装仅需搭设临时支墩,其对现场空间的占用量较小,能够减小对周边交通的干扰。本文以秦安特大桥工程为依托,从现场环境出发,围绕变高大截面钢箱梁施工技术展开探讨,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Abstract: Steel box girder has many advantages, such as good stability, strong crossing capacity, light weight and convenient construction. Steel box girder is an important structural form in bridge construction and has been widely used in the construction of cross railway bridges and culverts at this stage. The installation of steel box girder only needs to set up temporary buttresses, which takes up less space on the site and can reduce the interference to the surrounding traffic. Based on the Qin'an super large bridge project and starting from the on-site environment, this paper discusses the construction technology of variable high section steel box girder, in order to play the role of throwing bricks and attracting jade.

秦安特大桥上跨天巉公路及宝兰客运专线,主桥钢箱梁全长234m,上部结构为(57+120+57)m变截面钢箱梁,跨中高度3.2m,逐步变化至桥墩处的6.5m。单幅桥梁宽15.6m,单箱单室,内、外侧悬臂宽度分别为3.0m、4.5m,支点、跨中两处梁高分别为6.5m、3.2m。
钢箱梁尺寸较大,为此划分为多个节段,在指定加工厂制作板单元,运至拼装场地后,根据设计图纸拼装成型,再通过运梁平板车转至现指定施工点位,用于架设。主墩梁段采用桥位散拼的方法,边跨采用支架法履带吊吊装到位,中跨用桥面吊机架设。经过精细化调整后,在确认线形无误的前提下组织焊接,增强结构的完整性与稳定性,对焊缝做表观质量检查和探伤检查,若无误则涂装焊缝。在前述基础上,解除临时支座固结,进行体系转换。
按照如图1所示的内容施工,完成右幅第1、2节段临时支架的搭设作业,进而将1、2节段的主梁和挑臂梁(数量均为4片)安装到位,并拼装节段5。
(2)组织右幅3、4、6节段临时支架的搭设作业,该装置成型后,将各自对应的主梁和挑臂梁安装到位。……
