探究冲压件柔性化检具的设计与应用

Abstract： Flexible checking tool for stamping parts is mainly used for quality control of automobile stamping parts， especially for the overall quality of automobiles， has been widely used in the field of automobile production. This paper mainly discusses the design and Application of the flexible checking fixture for stamping parts， analyzes the related content of the checking fixture， puts forward the design method of the flexible checking fixture for stamping parts， and expounds the application of the flexible checking fixture for stamping parts， hoping to provide reference for the relevant personnel， better play the role of the flexible checking fixture for stamping parts， thus promoting the good development of automobile manufacturing industry.

近年来，我国汽车制造业发展尤为迅猛，各汽车制造厂家为提升自身市场竞争力，均积极探究汽车外观及内在质量的提升策略。而冲压件质量会对汽车外观及内在质量产生直接的影响，所以，做好冲压件质量控制工作意义重大。为保证冲压件具备较好的质量，需要应用先进的检具做好冲压件质量检测工作，因此，本文对冲压件柔性化检具的设计与应用进行分析，具体如下。
