关于航天型号物资库存管理的探索与实践

航天型号物资是面向国家战略需求、具有明确的工程目标、聚焦多学科交叉的重大科研任务所需的物资。该类物资具有采购成本高、时间周期长、技术难度大、管理严格等特点，同时又与航天型号的成功与否息息相关，因此，必须对型号物资的库存进行合理、科学的管理，才能在满足科研生产的正常需求外，尽可能地降低库存成本，提高周转效率，提升资金利用率，从而最大限度地为企业创造效益。本文在分析研究航天型号物资的现状的基础上，针对管理过程中的问题，提出了相应的改进措施，以进一步提升型号物资管理水平，保障科研生产的顺利进行，助推航天事业的快速发展。

Abstract： Space model materials are materials needed for national strategic needs， have clear engineering objectives， and focus on interdisciplinary major scientific research tasks.This kind of material has the characteristics of high procurement cost， long time cycle， technical difficulty， strict management， and at the same time is closely related to the success of space models， therefore， must be reasonable and scientific management， to meet the normal demand of scientific research and production， as far as possible to reduce the inventory cost， improve turnover efficiency， improve capital utilization， so as to maximize benefits for the enterprise.On the basis of analyzing and studying the current situation of space model materials， this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the problems in the management process to further improve the management level of model materials， ensure the smooth progress of scientific research and production， and boost the rapid development of the space industry.

庫存管理是企业进行正常的生产经营活动时对资源的储存、配置的过程，合理、科学的库存管理可以使资源配置最优化，进而为科研生产活动提供强有力的保障[1]。航天事业高质量、高效率、高效益发展离不开强有力的物资供应保障，航天型号物资由于其高成本、高技术难度、高管理要求等特点，不断提升对其专业、高效的管理水平，对适应航天型号物资管理新形势下的发展要求，增强企业核心竞争力、实现企业资源的优化配置和经济利润的提升有着非常重大的意义。本文分析了型号物资库存管理工作中存在的痛点与难点，并对后续型号物资库存管理能力的提升进行了探索和实践[2-3]。
