企业劳动人事管理的转变以及人事管理模式

摘要：现如今，大部分企业在经营与管理的过程中，均需要考虑到人力资源管理工作的具体情况，需要考虑到劳动人事管理工作方面的具体问题。在企业内部人事管理工作以及相关人力资源管理工作之中，经常会面临许多管理问题以及细节方面的工作问题。企业内部高层管理人员必须要结合企业的具体经营情况以及日常管理工作的实际要求，进一步调整劳动人事管理工作的具体流程与相关工作内容。因此，笔者也将在文章以下内容中，结合企业劳动人事管理工作实际要求，着手探索全新的工作方法以及相关管理途径。

Abstract： Nowadays， in the process of operation and management， most enterprises need to consider the specific situation of human resource management and the specific problems of labor and personnel management. In the enterprise internal personnel management and related human resource management， we often face many management problems and detailed work problems. The internal senior managers of the enterprise must further adjust the specific process and related work content of labor and personnel management in combination with the specific operation situation of the enterprise and the actual requirements of daily management. Therefore， the author will also explore new working methods and relevant management approaches in the following contents of the article， combined with the actual requirements of enterprise labor and personnel management.

1企业内部劳动人事管理工作具体问题

1.1工作体系以及工作制度不健全、不完善

一部分企业在开展劳动人事管理工作的过程中，缺乏各类工作机制作为约束，也缺乏强有力的工作制度作为监管。在一部分企业之中，缺乏劳动人事管理公司的具体规章制度，相关的工作体系依然存在细微漏洞，与其他企业内部管理工作相比，劳动人事管理工作尤为重要，结果如此，依然有一部分企业内部高层管理人员，并没有结合劳动人事管理工作的实际要求，开展各类工作体系优化工作。同时，针对于具体的工作制度以及相关工作流程而言，也存在着许多管理问题以及工作问题。一部分工作人员无法结合主要的工作原则以及工作要求，合理调整劳动人事管理工作的具体方式，從而导致劳动人事管理工作之中经常出现各类工作问题，严重影响企业内部相关管理工作的实际效率。……
