新生代企业家“双传承”素质能力提升策略研究

【摘  要】新生代企业家是青年人才中的重要群体，是推动经济社会发展的重要生力军。目前，共青团启动了新生代企业家培养计划，希望通过采取相关措施加强新生代企业家队伍建设和培养支持。基于此，论文从共青团的视角出发，以当地新生代企业家为研究对象，采用问卷调查、座谈调研和实地走访等方式开展研究，分析了新生代企业家的群体特征、发展现状、目前的培养路径，并提出了一些建设性对策建议。

【Abstract】New generation entrepreneurs are an important group of young talents and an important force for promoting economic and social development. At present， the Communist Youth League has launched a training program for new generation entrepreneurs， hoping to strengthen the team building and training support for new generation entrepreneurs by taking relevant measures. Based on this， the paper， from the perspective of the Communist Youth League， takes local new generation entrepreneurs as the research object and conducts research by means of questionnaires， interviews， investigations， field visits and so on. The paper analyzes the group characteristics， development status and current training path of the new generation entrepreneurs， and puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions.

1 引言

民营经济是江苏经济的重要组成部分，新生代企业家作为民营企业接力棒的传承者，是当前与未来经济发展的中坚力量，是最富活力、最有潜力的生力军。全面掌握新生代企业家的现状，帮助他们解决接班和创业过程中遇到的难题和困惑，提升其“双传承”素质能力，更好地发挥这股新生力量的作用，为经济发展提供新动能是共青团组织的重要工作任务，同时，也事关未来经济社会发展的大局。

2 新生代企业家的群体特征

2.1 文化层次较高，年龄较轻

新生代企业家普遍接受过高层次的文化教育，文化素养、知识水平较高，专业性较强。在调查中发现，拥有研究生及以上学历的企业家占比为24%，本科学历占比为60%左右，少部分有海外留学经历，所学专业与经济管理类或企业经营的关联度较高，年龄层次主要集中在26～45岁年龄段，他们多是80后、90后，富有朝……
