初中学困生的英语学习现状及转化策略

【摘    要】英语课是初中课程体系的重要组成，在学生的整个学海生涯中，初中英语的学习将起到承上启下的作用，因此要格外重视。有的学生英语基础较差，缺乏英语学习动力，学习起来会感到吃力，成绩迟迟提不上去。对于这种英语“学困生”，教师要以正确的眼光去看待，分析他们学习困难的原因，采取具有针对性的对策，有效做好学困生的转化，使学习英语成为一件快乐的事。

The English Learning Status Quo of Poor Students in Junior Middle School and Its Transformation Strategy

【Abstract】English class is an important part of the junior high school curriculum system. Throughout the students entire study career， junior high school English learning will play a role in linking the past and the next， so we must pay special attention to it. Because some students have poor English foundation and lack of motivation to learn English， they will feel strenuous in their studies and fail to improve their grades for a long time. For this kind of English "students with learning difficulties"， teachers should look at them with a correct perspective， analyze the reasons for their learning difficulties， take targeted countermeasures， effectively transform the students with learning difficulties， and make learning English a joyful thing.

“学困生”是指学习困难，学习自律性差，在班级里成绩暂时落后的学生。每个班级都存在学困生，这也是教师在教学工作中遇到的一大难题。对于学困生缺乏学习兴趣和动机，学习的自信心不足等问题，教师要给予正确的引导和帮助，通过多元化的教学方式，因材施教，使他们的成绩渐渐跟上来，提升班级整体教学效果。

一、学困生初中英语学习的现状及存在问题

通过调查研究發现，初中学困生英语学习的问题主要有下述几点。

（一） 学习自信心差，有一定的自卑心理

学困生的学习成绩和班级中其他同学有一定的差距，这使他们产生自卑心理，不愿意和同学交流，尤其不愿意向学习好的同学请教。教师如果没有进行及时开导，会使他们产生厌学心理，最终对学习英语产生厌倦感。对高中升学考试和今后的英语学习造成巨大影响。

（二）学习方式不正确，导致缺乏英语学习兴趣
