疫情期间教师视角下对于钉钉的体验分析

摘  要 在新冠肺炎疫情期间，在线教学发挥了不可替代的作用，各种在线教学平台服务于教师的教学。但是，无论是这种特殊的情况，还是以后的在线教学期间，教师选择一个合适的在线教学平台至关重要。基于教师教学体验视角，对钉钉平台从教学功能、教学交互和教学社交等三个方面进行分析，并通过问卷调查进行验证，以期为在线教学教师和在线教学平台提供参考和建议。

Experience Analysis of DingTalk from Perspective of Teachers During Epidemic//DONG Yaling， AN Suping

Abstract During COVID-19， online teaching has played an irreplaceable role， with various online teaching platforms serving teachers’ teaching. However， it is very important for teachers to choose an appropriate online teaching platform whether it is in this particular situation or during the future online teaching period. Based on the perspective of teachers’ teaching experience， this paper analyzes the DingTalk platform from the three aspects of teaching function， tea-ching interaction and teaching social contact， and verifies it through a questionnaire survey， so as to provide reference and suggestions for online teaching teachers and online teaching platform.

0 引言

近年來，随着在线教育的发展，国内在线教育平台层见叠出，我国传统教育方式发生巨大变革。中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）发布的《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》数据显示，截至2019年6月，我国在线教育用户规模达2.32亿人[1]。在这之前人们对在线教育的接受程度普遍不高，在线教育原本渗透率不足10%[2]。然而受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，2020年春季开学延迟，在线教学成为中小学以及大学教师授课的主要方式，这一契机的出现让在线教育的渗透率大大提高。焦建利等研究学者[3]归纳总结了四种典型的在线教学形式，分别是网络在线课程、网络直播教学、学生自主学习、电视空中课堂。其中网络直播教学发挥着不可替代的作用。

直播的应用最初从游戏领域开始，之后发展到教育、科技等领域。“直播+教学”的形式更具有开放性、选择性和交互性，实现了大范围的同步在线教学，减少了学习交流的成本[4]。……
