走班分层教学模式在初中音乐教学中的运用研究

【摘  要】隨着现代素质教育理念的日渐更新与快速发展，越来越多的崭新教育名词呈现在基层教育工作者的视野范围里。走班分层的理念也在此大环境下被越来越多的学科教师所关注、所重视。本文立足于初中音乐教学实践，以走班分层教学模式为切入点，依次对初中音乐走班分层教学模式的概念、内涵、实施意义及其相关注意事项进行了明确分析、阐述与探讨。

【Abstract】With the gradual update and rapid development of modern quality education concepts， more and more brand-new educational terms are presented in the field of vision of grassroots educators. The idea of stratification in classes has also been paid attention to and valued by more and more subject teachers in this environment. Based on the practice of music teaching in junior high schools， this article takes the hierarchical teaching mode as the starting point， and then makes a clear analysis， explanation and discussion on the concept， connotation， implementation significance and related precautions of the hierarchical teaching mode of junior high school music.

一、初中音乐走班分层教学模式的概念及其内涵

（一）走班分层

所谓走班分层，就是指将不同班级、不同层次的学生进行明确的层次划分，并以此为基础让学生不再固定于一个教室上课，而是根据所属的不同层次在不同的教室中流动上课的一种教学模式。不同于同一班级不同学生的层次划分，走班分层面向的是不同班级不同层次学生的划分，在划分好层次之后，来自不同班级的同一层次的学生聚集到一起接受同质的、更有针对性的教育与引导。

（二）初中音乐走班分层课程设置

从走班分层的基本概念来看，我们学校分层模式引导下的初中音乐课程设置具体如下：

1.我校共分为三个不同层次、不同侧重点的音乐课程班级设置，依次为音乐A班、音乐B班、音乐C班。其中音乐A班侧重于“歌曲表现与实践”，音乐B班侧重于“器乐表现与实践”;音乐C班侧重于“经典作品感受与欣赏”。2.新生夏令……
