【摘 要】 目的:探究香蕉皮提取液对胃肠运动及血清一氧化氮含量的影响,分析香蕉皮提取液对胃肠运动的影响机制。方法:40只KM小鼠随机均分为正常对照组(给予0.9%氯化钠注射液),香蕉皮低、中、高浓度组(分别给予0.25 g/mL、0.5 g/mL、1.0 g/mL的香蕉皮提取液)灌胃,1次/d,共10 d,灌胃量按小鼠体重10 mL/kg计算。末次灌胃30 min再按小鼠体重0.25 mL/10 g计算给予5%炭末混悬液灌胃20 min,采血分离血清检测一氧化氮含量、迅速剖腹取胃肠检测胃残余物重量和肠炭末长度。结果:香蕉皮低、中浓度组和正常对照组的胃残余物重量、肠炭末长度两两比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。香蕉皮高浓度组的胃残余物重量明显大于香蕉皮低浓度组、中浓度组和正常对照组(P<0.01);香蕉皮高浓度组的肠炭末长度明显长于正常对照组(P<0.01),而与香蕉皮低、中浓度组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。香蕉皮低、中、高浓度组的血清一氧化氮含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),香蕉皮高浓度组的血清一氧化氮含量明显高于香蕉皮低浓度组(P<0.05)。结论:香蕉皮提取液达到一定高浓度时能够促进胃容受性舒张,加强胃肠运动,提高血清一氧化氮含量(此作用存在一定量效关系)。

Banana Peel Extract to Influence on Gastrointestinal Movement and Serum NO on the Experimental Research

Abstract:Objective Explore the effect of Banana Peel extract on gastrointestinal movement and serum Nitric Oxide (NO) content, to analyze the mechanism of the effect by Banana Peel extract on gastrointestinal movement. Method KM mice Forty were randomly divided into 4 groups, Normal control group were given 0.9% NaCl injection, Banana Peel low, medium and high concentration groups respectively were give 0.25,0.5,1.0 g/mL of the Banana Peel extract, gastric perfusion once a day, continuous 10 day, the gastric perfusion volume was calculated as 10 mL / Kg in mice by weight. Again was given 5% of the carbon powder suspension gavage, on the 20 min collected blood and separated serum detect NO content, Quickly to laparotomy take out the gastrointestinal to make the measurement of residual volume in gastro and measure the length of carbon powder in intestine. Results Banana Peel low, medium concentration groups and Normal control group the residual volume in gastro and the length of carbon powder in intestine no significant difference in pairwise comparison between groups (P>0.05). Banana Peel high concentration group the residual volume in gastro were significantly higher than Banana Peel low, medium concentration groups and Normal control group (P<0.01). Banana Peel high concentration group the length of carbon powder in intestine were significantly length than Normal control group (P<0.01), but and no significant difference from the Banana Peel low, medium concentration groups (P>0.05). Banana Peel low, medium and high concentration groups the NO of serum were significantly higher than Normal control group (P<0.01), Banana Peel high concentration group the NO of serum were significantly higher than Banana Peel low concentration group (P<0.05). Conclusion Banana Peel extract reaches a certain high concentration can promote gastric receptive relaxation, strengthen gastrointestinal movement, and increase the NO conten of serum (there is a certain correlation between this dose and effect).

香蕉为农作物,属于芭蕉科芭蕉属植物,主要分布于热带和亚热带地区,在我国主要分布于广西、广东、福建、海南等南方省份,其果肉清香味甘性寒,具有清热润肠、促进肠胃蠕动、通便、防便秘的功效[1-2]。香蕉因其价格低廉,食用方便,易于储存颇受人们喜爱,但人们往往是食用果肉而将其果皮丢弃。据文献报道,香蕉皮中含有酚类、油脂类、有机酸、缩合鞣质、蛋白质、糖类以及K、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Zn等十多种元素[3-4];香蕉皮具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑菌、降血脂、降血糖等作用[4-9];在民间用新鲜熟透的香蕉皮文火煎汤口服防治高血压、脑溢血、皮肤病,用香蕉皮搓手足防治皲裂 、冻疮等[10]。经检……
