摘要：随着国民经济的不断增长，科学技术的不断创新，促使我国水上交通工程行业发展迅速，这也对船舶安全质量提出了更高的要求。船舶机械设备维修作为船舶安全质量管理过程的重中之重，是一项不可或缺的关键内容，直接关系到船舶运行的安全稳定性，同时也是促进我国生态型社会建设可持续发展的重要途径。本文将进一步对船舶机械设备的故障与维修展开分析与探讨，旨在为同行业者提供科学参考意见。

Abstract： With the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous innovation of science and technology， the rapid development of my country's water transportation engineering industry has also put forward higher requirements for the safety and quality of ships. As the top priority of the ship safety and quality management process， the maintenance of ship machinery and equipment is an indispensable key content. It is directly related to the safety and stability of ship operation and is also an important way to promote the sustainable development of my country's ecological society. . This article will further analyze and discuss the failure and maintenance of marine machinery and equipment， aiming to provide scientific reference opinions for the same industry.

0  引言

在全球范围内，我国已经成为了一个名副其实的海运交通大国、船舶制造加工大国，在经济发达的沿海地区存在着数量较多的船舶制造维修基地，早在2015年我国就承接了来自与全球各个国家地区70%的船舶维修工程量，创造出了大量社会经济效益。由此可见，船舶机械设备故障维修至关重要，通过加强对船舶机械设备故障的维修管理，能够确保最大程度发挥出机械设备的各项功能效用，降低能源的损耗，这也符合了国家大力提倡发展环保型社会的政策目标。船舶维修企业要加强对船舶机械设备维修人员的专业培训工作，不断提高他们的业务能力和综合素质，使他们能够熟练掌握运用各项维修先进技术与方法，全面提升船舶机械设备的故障检修维护水平。
