超声胃肠充盈造影检查对胃癌TNM分期的预测评估价值

摘要：目的：探究超声胃肠充盈造影检查对胃癌TNM分期的预测评估价值。方法：选取我院在2019年4月-2020年4月期间收治的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者术前都进行超声胃肠充盈检查，术后进行病理证实与分期，进一步观察超声胃肠充盈造影检测对胃癌TNM分期的情况。结果：癌症TNM分期检测中的T分期准确率为76.72%， T1为68.97%，T2为76.20%，T3为73.47%，T4为88.24%，N分期的准确率为83.79%，N0为81.36%，N1为85.37%，N2为77.78%，N3为90.63%，M分期的准确率为90.97%，M0为96.74%，M1为85.19%。结论：超声胃肠充盈造影检查对于胃癌TNM分期预测评估的准确率较高，且成本较低、无痛无创，具有一定的安全性、实用性和临床使用价值，不会对患者造成不利影响，值得在临床疾病检测过程中推广使用。

Predictive Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in TNM Staging of Gastric Cancer

Abstract： Objective： To explore the predictive value of ultrasound gastroenterography in TNM staging of gastric cancer. Methods： 100 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research object. All patients were examined by ultrasonic gastrointestinal filling before operation， and confirmed by pathology and staging after operation. The TNM staging of gastric cancer by ultrasonic gastrointestinal filling contrast examination was further observed. Results： the accuracy of T staging was 76.72%， T1 68.97%， T2 76.20%， T3 73.47%， T4 88.24%， N staging 83.79%， N0 81.36%， N1 85.37%， N2 77.78%， N3 90.63%， m staging 90.97%， M0 96.74%， M1 85.19%. Conclusion： the accuracy of ultrasonic gastrointestinal filling contrast examination for TNM staging prediction and evaluation of gastric cancer is high， and the cost is low， painless and noninvasive. It has certain safety and practicability， and has certain clinical value， and will not cause adverse effects on patients， so it is worth promoting in the process of clinical disease detection.

胃癌是臨床医学中常见的恶性肿瘤之一，且致死率极高，严重影响了人们的身体健康。随着医疗水平的逐渐提升，我国疾病检测技术也有很大进步，新型造影剂与超声检测仪器对于胃癌TNM分期预测评估具有很好的效果。利用超声检测，可发现患者胃壁淋巴情况以及发生病变情况[1]。随着胃癌的发病几率提升，关注疾病的检测人群逐渐增多，倡导疾病早发现早治疗，对患者身体健康的恢复以及预后有着积极意义。本文研究了超声胃肠充盈造影检查对胃癌TNM分期的预测效果，具有积极意义，详细内容报道如下。
