新升格高职院校人才培养工作状态数据采集对策分析

摘  要 高职院校人才培养工作状态数据是学校掌握人才培养质量的主要依据，也是新升格高职院校加强规范建设及内涵建设的重要方式。对新升格高职院校数据采集工作存在问题进行分析，并从数据采集责任制度、采集流程管控、状态数据分析报告、智慧校园建设等方面提出改进建议，以期提高数据采集工作效率，使采集工作更加系统化、规范化。

Abstract To newly upgraded vocational colleges， the status data of talents training  is the main basis for mastering its talent training qua-lity and an important way to strengthen standard construction and inner construction. This paper analyzes the problems of data collec-tion work in newly upgraded vocational colleges， this paper puts forward some suggestions from the data collection responsibility sys-tem， collection process control， status data analysis report and smart campus construction， in order to improve the efficiency of data co-llection and make the collection work more systematic and standar-dized.

0  引言

高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据是反映学校人才培养工作的重要信息，是教育行政部门和学校实施常态化管理的重要手段。新升格院校由于缺乏数据采集经验，数据采集工作或多或少存在一些问题，探究数据填报存在的问题对于新升格院校提高数据采集质量、指导教学改革至关重要。

1  状态数据采集对于新升格高职院校的作用

状态数据是新升格院校关注学校运行状态、发展态势，了解学校发展历程的重要依据，是领导决策的重要信息来源。状态数据能够记录和反映升格后学校人才培养工作的过程和运行状况，反映质量问题所在，呈现学校在人才培养过程中存在的各种问题，同时为教育主管部门提供决策依据，指导院校进行教学改革，为院校升格发展后的人才培养工作打下基础。

状态数据是评估信息的主要来源，是专家组对学校人才培养工作开展分析评估的主要依据[1]。……
