2+4+3职业院校技能大赛训练模式

摘  要 职业院校技能大赛是我国职业教育的创新，也是推进职业教育工作的重大举措。近年来，职业院校技能大赛受到社会各界的重视。以教师指导技能大赛为切入点，总结出“2+4+3”职业院校技能大赛训练模式：把握熟练和规范两个原则；具备准备、顺序、取舍和应变四种意识；处理好学生正常专业学习与技能大赛训练、学生分工与合作和自身专业技术学习与管理能力提升三种关系。

Absrtact The skill contest of vocational colleges is an innovation of vocational education in China and an important measure to promote the work of vocational education. In recent years， the Vocational College Skills Competition has been the attention of all sectors of society. Based on the competition of teacher-directed skills， this paper sums up the training mode of “2+4+3” Vocational College Skills Competition： mastering the two principles of proficiency and standardization， having four consciousnesses of preparation， se-quence， choice and strain; we should deal with the relations between students normal professional study and skill training， students divi-sion of labor and cooperation， and students technical study and manage-ment ability.

0  引言

近年来，随着全国职业院校技能大赛的举办，其在社会上引起较大的反响，众多职业院校也将举办或承办职业技能大赛与自身知名度提升及办学能力提升进行紧密结合[1]。

但是现阶段指导教师在指导技能大赛训练过程中缺少系统性的指导方法，对职业院校技能大赛实际效力的发挥造成不利影响。作为山东省职业院校技能大赛的指导教师和菏泽市教育科学研究院调研员，笔者根据多年参与职业院校技能竞赛、组织负责赛前训练相关经验和调研菏泽及周边省市职业院校技能大赛训练过程，归纳出一套针对职业院校技能大赛的训练模式——“2+4+3”训练模式。

1  在比赛训练过程中要把握两个原则

职业院校技能大赛要求学生围绕专业教学标准和真实工作的过程、任务，在规定的时间内通过规范的操作完成一定的工作量[2]。这就要求学生在比赛训练时在熟练度和规范操作两个方面下功夫，要把握下面两个原则。……
