飞行学员创新实践能力培养链路研究

摘  要 立足飞行学员岗位需求,剖析学员创新实践能力培养现状,研究飞行学员科学素养、工程素养、飞行技术与创新实践能力的关系,指出学员在本科学历教育阶段,通过参加物理创新实践活动、机电类创新实践活动与航空类创新实践活动,能加强科学素养与工程素养的培育,为最终转化为飞行作战能力提供坚实基础。最后规划创新实践能力培养的基本链路,为飞行学员创新实践能力培养提供全程保障。

Abstract Based on the career requirements of the pilot trainees, this paper analyzed the situation of the training of the trainees innova-tive practical ability, and studied the relationship between the scienti-fic literacy, engineering literacy of the pilots flight technology and innovative practical ability. This paper also concluded that during the undergraduate education stage, trainees can strengthen their scienti-fic and engineering literacy by participating in physics innovation practice activities, electromechanical innovation practice activities, and aviation innovation practice activities, and provide a solid foun-dation for transforming them into flight combat capabilities. Finally, this paper propose a plan for the basic link for the cultivation of innovative and practical ability to provide trainees with full guaran-tee for the cultivation of innovative and practical ability.

0  引言

海军在《关于制定海军院校人才培养方案的初步设想》中,把创新发展能力作为人才培养方案的一项重要分目标,而创新实践能力是其中的核心内容之一,并明确创新能力训练计划作为四大项教育训练计划之一。飞机是海军航空兵部队的核心作战装备之一,科技含量高,技术难度大,要实现“驾驶员+战斗员+指挥员”的目标要求,不但要求飞行员有高超的飞行技术,更应该具备扎实的工科基础和强大的创新实践能力,对其将来更好地理解并驾驭好手中的作战装备,更深层次地挖掘作战装备的技术边界,创新作战装备使用方法以开创新战法具有重要作用。本文结合现阶段飞行学员创新实践特点和规律,总结飞行学员创新实践能力培养所遵循的基本链路及相应的保障体系。
