奖励激励策略对留守儿童阳光性格养成的实践研究

【摘    要】隨着城市化的不断推进，农村和城市之间的界限逐渐模糊，农村的大量主要劳动力向城市转移。由于这一客观实际因素而导致部分孩子留守在家，缺失了父母陪伴而形成孤僻的性格。本文从新时期留守儿童的特征入手，探讨精神和物质奖励是否会对留守儿童的学习、判断带来不同的影响。

Practical Research on the Effect of Reward and Incentive Strategy on the Cultivation of Sunshine Character of Left Behind Children

【Abstract】With the continuous advancement of urbanization， the boundary between rural and urban is gradually blurred. A large number of main laborers in rural areas are shifting to cities. Due to objective and practical factors， some children stay at home and lack the company of their parents to form a lonely personality. This article starts with the characteristics of left-behind children in the new era， and explores whether spiritual and material rewards will have different effects on the learning judgment of left-behind children.

我国大部分农村地区都存在一定数量的留守儿童。这些留守儿童缺失了部分的亲情教育，在心理人格的成长上存在着较大问题。农村教育质量相对城市较低，在心理教育上存在缺口。对此，教师应致力于培养留守儿童健全的人格关注留守儿童的成长，帮助他们树立正确的人生观、价值观，激发他们在学习和生活上的积极性。

一、留守儿童能力弱于非留守儿童的现状

留守儿童和非留守儿童主要区别在于生活环境是否有父母的直接参与。非留守儿童作为父母的“掌中宝”“手心肉”，能够直接向父母倾诉欲望和情绪，父母在能力范围内能够满足孩子的预期，非留守儿童在家庭方面的负担和压力较小。父母能够对孩子形成保护，让孩子感到安全和舒适，还能引导孩子进行沟通，充分发挥孩童天性，对儿童的思维想象和人格培养具有重要的影响。而留守儿童通常与老一辈生活在一起，日常沟通交流存在代沟，生活关系也远不如非留守儿童与父母之间的亲近感。……
