德育视角下的小学班主任班级管理优化策略

【摘    要】小学生就如同一块璞玉，他们的人格塑造不但要依靠先天条件，更重要的是后天环境对他们的影响。一个优秀的班主任，应当有“雕玉以成器”的能力，可以通过有效的班级管理工作发掘每个学生身上的优秀品质，把每个学生培养成符合国家和社会发展需要的优秀少年。本文将基于德育视角，探讨小学班主任进行班级管理的有效策略，以期为小学生的健康成长助力。

Optimization Strategy of Class Management of Primary School Head Teachers from the Perspective of Moral Education

【Abstract】Primary school students are like a piece of jade， their personality shaping not only depends on their innate conditions， but more importantly， the influence of the acquired environment on them. An excellent class teacher should have the ability to "carve jade into a tool"， and be able to discover the outstanding qualities of each student through effective class management， and train each student into an outstanding young man who meets the needs of national and social development. Based on the perspective of moral education， this article will discuss the effective strategies of the primary school headteacher for class management， in order to help the healthy growth of primary school students.

中华民族是礼仪之邦，拥有几千年悠久的历史传承，更有许多非常宝贵的道德文化。比如助人为乐的精神、面对困难的坚强意志、愚公的锲而不舍的精神、尊老爱幼的传统美德等，这些都是中国道德文化中的精华，也是作为小学生理应具备的优秀品质。小学班主任在班级管理工作中，也应当围绕道德品质教育开展工作，这是立德树人教育理念的需要，也是对教育治理体系和教育治理能力现代化的有效探索。

一、做好对学生道德品质的充分了解

现代教育理念认为，学生教育管理工作不能只是對班级纪律、班级秩序等方面进行基本的管理，更要注重对学生进行道德品质的教育和引导。这是立德树人的教育理念提出的要求，也是教育工作者践行使命、对学生成长负责任的表现。在当前形势下，班主任首先要做的是，对班级学生在道德品质方面的状况形成基本的了解，其中包括学生群体中现实存在的道德短板、认知误区等，这将为班主任教师持续落实班级道德管理的具体工作提供有力的帮助。……
