【摘    要】在小学教育工作中，德育工作是班主任的重要工作之一。小学生的德育发展影响着学生自身素质的高低，每个人良好的品德都需要从小开始培養，因此小学教师在教学工作中应致力于帮助学生从根本上打下坚实的德育基础。对此，本文将基于小学班主任的德育工作，结合小学生的实际情况，对如何提高德育工作的实效性进行深入探讨。

How to Improve the Actual Effect of the Moral Education of the Head Teacher in Primary School

【Abstract】In elementary school education， moral education is one of the important tasks of a class teacher. The development of moral education of primary school students affects the level of students own quality. Everyones good moral character needs to be cultivated from an early age. Therefore， primary school teachers should devote themselves to helping students lay a solid foundation for moral education in their teaching work. In this regard， this article will conduct an in-depth discussion on how to improve the effectiveness of moral education based on the moral education work of the primary school teacher in charge， combined with the actual situation of the primary school students.

小学生处于人生发展进步的初级阶段，俗话说良好的开端是成功的一半。小学班主任作为学生人生道路上的教育者，首先要做到尊重学生的独立性，与学生进行平等对话，其次根据实际情况针对各个班级开展德育教育工作。实现小学生德育成效是一个需要不断积累、潜移默化的过程，因此在此过程中，教师需要有耐心和毅力，能够包容学生在成长中犯的错误，让学生从错误中吸取教训，从而在今后的学习生活中得以进步和发展。以下，本文将对小学班主任的日常德育工作开展方式展开讨论。

一、小学班主任德育工作的现状

我们要明确德育工作的现状，了解现实，掌握基本状况，以从实际认清小学德育工作的发展方向。当前处于社会转型期，德育工作日趋复杂。如今德育的发展主要存在以下几个问题。

第一，班主任开展德育工作的重心偏移。受应试教育的影响，班主任培养学生的重心一直在于提高他们的学习成绩，学校对于班主任的业绩考核标准也仅限于班级升学率、班级分数等。……
