新时期提高高中班主任德育工作有效性的方法思考

【摘    要】高中学生处于情感、心理发育的敏感时期，班主任和教师需要对其进行积极的引导，帮助其树立正确的人生观和价值观。但是在现实教学过程中，很多高中班主任自身素质不高，责任心不强，对德育工作不重视等因素导致高中德育工作效果不理想。因此学校需要采取进一步的优化措施，强化他们对德育重要性的认知，促进德育工作的有效开展和积极实践，为国家发展培养更多有思想、有文化、有道德的社会主义接班人。

Thinking on the Methods of Improving the Effectiveness of Moral Education in Senior High School Class Teachers in New Period

【Abstract】Senior high school students are in a sensitive period of emotional and psychological development， and their head teachers and teachers need to actively guide them to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values. However， in the actual teaching process， many high school class teachers themselves are not high in quality， have a weak sense of responsibility， and do not pay much attention to moral education work， etc.， which lead to unsatisfactory effects of high school moral education work. Therefore， schools need to take further optimization measures to strengthen their awareness of the importance of moral education， promote the effective development and active practice of moral education， and cultivate more thoughtful， cultural and moral socialist successors for the development of the country.

高中班主任是高中生最為直接的管理者，对高中生德育工作负有不可推卸的责任。在新时期，社会环境以及学生的心态都发生了很大的变化，班主任需要改善教育理念，创新教学方式，以满足现代高中生对德育工作的心理诉求，从而促进德育效率的进一步提升。由此可见，在新时期提升高中班主任德育工作的有效性是社会发展的必然趋势。

一、德育工作重要性分析

随着市场经济的不断发展，加上国外思想的冲击，社会环境更加复杂。高中生生活阅历较浅、思想不成熟，稍有不慎就可能误入歧途。因此，作为高中生直接的管理者，班主任需要强化责任意识，有效开展德育工作，提升学生的思想道德水平，帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观，对学生的生活行为进行正确的指引，避免学生在学习和生活中走弯路。但是在实际的高中教学过程中，很多班主任自身的素质水平不高，不能完全认识到德育工作的重要性，很多高中学校根本没有开设德育相关的课程。……
