谈小学班主任班级管理中的沟通艺术

【摘    要】小学阶段是学生性格塑造、习惯养成、树立正确价值观的一个重要阶段。班主任担任着利用沟通的方式引导学生正向发展和帮助学生纠偏的职责。良好的沟通能够正确引导学生的行为和思想，帮助学生建立健全的人格，因此小学班主任在管理班级的过程中，要及时运用各种适当的方式与学生沟通。

On the communication art in the class management of the head teacher in primary school

【Abstract】The elementary school stage is an important stage for students' character shaping， habit formation， and establishment of correct values. The head teacher is responsible for guiding the positive development of students and helping students to correct deviations by means of communication. Good communication can correctly guide students' behaviors and thoughts， and help students establish a sound personality. Therefore， the primary school head teacher should use various appropriate methods to communicate with students in a timely manner during the management of the class.

在小学阶段，小学班主任应当是庇护学生健康成长的保护伞，是引导学生在人生的道路上正确航行的灯塔，是学生与任课教师建立和谐师生关系的催化剂。其任务是管理好班集体，带领小学生建立一个团结友爱的班集体，确保小学生学习环境的优质性;关注学生健康成长，提高小学生各方面素质和能力;配合各科教师教学工作，将学生的意见和学习质量反馈给任课教师。这些工作都离不开沟通，因此沟通是小学班主任的必备技能。良好的沟通能够帮助班主任有效地完成工作，促进学生学习和成长;失败的沟通会导致教师与学生产生双向误解，不利于班级管理。正确认识沟通的重要和必要性，掌握沟通艺术，才能更好地管理班级的各项事务，才能进一步了解学生，帮助其发挥特长、完善不足。

一、沟通在小学班主任班级管理中的重要性
