高校国家版图意识教育现状及其优化对策

摘  要：国家版图体现了国家对管辖区域的政治性。正确的国家版图是国家主权和领土完整的象征，是国家主权的体现形式。随着科技迅速发展，缩微地图、数字地图、电子地图、影像地图等地图形式应运而生，国家版图与之密切相关，版图意识教育刻不容缓。文章结合作者在《地理信息系统》课程教学实践中的经验体会，列举目前高校在版图意识方面教育的问题及现状，阐述高校版图意识教育的重要意义，并提出优化思路和对策，增长大学生版图知识，提升大学生综合素质，营造良好的地图文化氛围。

Abstract： The national territory reflects the political nature of the country to the jurisdiction. The correct national territory is a symbol of national sovereignty and territorial integrity and a form of national sovereignty. With the rapid development of science and technology， miniature maps， digital maps， electronic maps， image maps and other map forms have emerged. The national layout is closely related to it， and the education of layout awareness is urgent. This paper combines the author's experience in the teaching of Geographic Information System course， enumerates the current problems and status of layout awareness education， explains the importance of national layout awareness education， and proposes optimization ideas and countermeasures to increase college students' layout knowledge.

國家版图意识是爱国主义教育的重要内容[1-2]。国家版图是历史发展演化的结果，也是民族融合、文化融通和强大国力等现实多种因素的综合体现[3-6]，相对欧洲的地缘政治版图由外而内大幅碎化的特点，以中国为中心由外而内大幅提升的亚洲国家版图格局，一定程度上保证了亚洲历史长期的稳定性[7]，但国际地缘政治复杂多变，西方国家常借版图之名挑起主权争端，使我国国家主权面临严峻挑战。正确的国家版图是主权和领土完整的象征，其中领土包括领陆、领水、领空[8-9]，完整的国家版图应从陆、水、空三层面体现。由于我国国界并未完全划定，反华势力常借领土纷争扰乱视听，使得提高全民的国家版图意识尤为迫切。
