地方高校创新创业实践育人模式的探究

摘  要：随着“三全育人”理念的不断深化，摆在地方高校面前尤为重要的任务是如何改革创新人才培养机制，切实提高大学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力，积极配合和服务国家的创新驱动发展战略。文章旨在分析当前地方高校创新创业教育的现状及存在的问题，提出聚焦内涵提质，以“育人体系构建”和“校企联动”为两大抓手，两手都要强两手都要硬，搭建“链式”体系，强化任务式培养，着力培育良好的高校创新文化环境，广泛提升大学生的创新创业意识、文化创意生产能力以及创新创业项目孵化能力。

Abstract： With the deepening of the concept of "three complete education"， the most important task facing local colleges and universities is how to reform and innovate the training mechanism of talents， improve the innovative spirit， entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students， and actively cooperate with and serve the national innovation-driven development strategy. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities， and proposes to focus on connotation and improve quality. Taking "education system construction" and "school-enterprise linkage" as two starting points， the "chain" system is constructed. Its purpose is to strengthen task-oriented training， cultivate a good cultural environment for innovation in colleges and universities， and improve college students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship， cultural and creative production capacity and incubation capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship projects.

在当今世界，创新创业已成为世界经济发展和社会前进的强大助推器和动力源泉。创业实力如何既是当代大学生综合素质高低的其中一环，也是权衡高校人才培养质量高低的主要体现。教育部2010年出台的《关于大力推进高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》，要求各高校全面推进创新创业教育，提升高校大学生的创业实践能力。2015年中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强对首届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛总决赛作出指示：大学生是施行创新驱动发展战略和推动大众创业、万众创新的新力量。大学生有必要认真学习和掌握更多的知识，而且还加入了创新和创业精神，提高创业实践能力。高校要积极进行相关教学改革摸索，将创业教学的形式和内涵切实落实到创业教学人才培养，进一步提高创业意识。……
