读懂新形势 抓住新机遇 实现新跨越

摘  要：工程训练中心作为高校工程实践教育体系中的一个基础性平台，在实践教学中有着其他教学环节不可代替的作用。随着时代的变迁，工程训练中心的建设必须做出新的思考。我们必须紧跟历史潮流，主动顺应和读懂新形势（新工科），抓住和弄通新形势下的新机遇（新要求）。积极变革，不断创新，在新形势下重塑自我。不断拓展新功能，实现新跨越，为高校人才培养精准助力。

Abstract： As a basic platform of engineering practice education system in colleges and universities， engineering training center has the irreplaceable function of other teaching links in practice teaching. With the change of times， the construction of engineering training center must be made new thinking. We must follow the historical trend， actively conform to and recognize new situation （new engineering）. We must grasp and understand the new opportunity under the new situation （new requirements）. We need positive change， constant innovation and rebuilding self in the new situation. We need to continue to expand new functions， to realize the new leap and precisely boost to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.

引言

我们国家正在实施创新驱动发展战略，各种环境均在快速变化。新技术、新经济、新业态热流涌动;工业4.0、中国制造2025、大数据、云计算、互联网+、人工智能、智能制造风生水起，全国上下各行各业正以百花齐放的态势奔涌向前。高等教育改革发展已经站在了新的历史起点，工程训练教学的改革和发展需要新的思维[1-3]。工程训练中心作为我国工科大学生在校内集中接受工程综合素养提升的实践教学部门，不仅要积极配合“新工科”战略的实施，更应该站在为我国国民经济培养更多适应性强的领军型工程技术人才的高度，为高校人才培养推波助澜、精准助力。
