安全工程专业本科必修课程《城市地铁施工与安全》建设

摘  要：我国城市地铁的快速发展，地铁车站、区间隧道等施工过程中事故频频发生，培养一批在地铁施工领域从事安全技术和管理的专业型人才势在必行，在安全工程专业本科生教育中开设《城市地铁施工与安全》显得尤为必要。将城市地铁施工技术与安全学原理结合形成了以“地铁施工方法为基础，以风险辨识和防控为目标”的教学内容，尝试了“传统授课+翻转课堂+互联网学习+实践教学”的教学方法。《城市地铁施工与安全》的开设将进一步拓展安全工程专业学生就业渠道，丰富安全科学与工程一级学科的内涵。

Abstract： With the rapid development of urban subway in China， accidents occur frequently in the construction process of subway stations and tunnels. It is imperative to cultivate a group of professional talents engaged in safety technology and management in the field of subway construction. It is particularly necessary to set up "urban subway construction and safety" in the undergraduate education of safety engineering major. Combining the construction technology of urban subway with the principle of safety， the teaching content of "subway construction method as the basis， risk identification and prevention as the goal" is formed， and the teaching method of "traditional teaching + flipped classroom + Internet Learning + practical teaching" is tried. The opening of "urban subway construction and safety" will further expand the employment channels of safety engineering students and enrich the connotation of safety science and engineering as first level discipline.

引言

西安科技大學“安全工程”专业起源于矿井通风与安全专业，该专业历经西北工学院、西安交通大学、西安矿业学院、西安科技大学不同时期70多年的发展，成为陕西省名牌专业、陕西省特色专业、教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”实施专业、国家级特色专业。“安全工程”专业依托国家一级学科“安全科学与工程”，该学科是“国家重点学科”，在2017年教育部第四轮学科评估中获评A-（全国并列第三）。在2019年，西安科技大学“安全工程”专业获批首批国家级一流本科专业建设点，迎来了新的发展契机，同时也明确了更高的要求。
