一起马传染性贫血抗体监测阳性的处置及分析

摘要：2019年5月，江苏省无锡市一家马术俱乐部因有调出马匹需求委托进行马传染性贫血病毒抗体检测，经检测发现2份送检血清为马传染性贫血病毒抗体阳性。江苏省动物疫病预防控制中心接到报告后，立即指导当地按照要求对抗体阳性马匹进行扑杀及无害化处理，对阳性马场进行流行病学调查、移动控制及消毒，并在全省开展专项监测。通过排查监测深入了解了全省马属动物的分布情况及饲养模式，发现江苏省马属动物防控管理相对集中，与兽医部门的防控管理配合度高，防控风险相对较低，而马术俱乐部的兴起增加了马属动物疫病的防控难度。建议继续对重点地区加强监控，强化马属动物流通管理，防止因移动调运多而形成的马传贫感染。该文主要论述一起马传染性贫血抗体监测阳性的处置及分析。

Disposal and Analysis of A Equine Infectious Anemia Virus Antibody Monitoring Positive Case

Abstract：Through investigation and monitoring，the distribution and feeding patterns of equine animals in Jiangsu Province are deeply understood.It is found that the control and management of equine animals in Jiangsu Province is relatively centralized，the coordination with the veterinary department is high，and the risk of prevention and control is relatively low，the rise of the Equestrian Club increased the equine disease prevention and control difficulties.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of key areas，strengthen the management of equine animal circulation，and prevent equine poverty infection.This article describes the management and analysis of a positive équine infectious anemia virus antibody test.

引言

马传染性贫血（equine infectious anemia，EIA）是由马传染性贫血病病毒引起的一种马属动物慢性传染病，自然条件下马对其最易感，骡、驴次之。江苏省马属动物主要分布在徐州市、连云港市和宿迁市，且存栏量较少。2006年，江苏省达到国家消灭EIA标准，从2007年开始，我省江苏省每年按照国家要求，采用琼脂扩散（AGID）试验，对上述3个市的马属动物开展EIA采样检测，至2018年底，共计监测样品16 500份，均为EIA病毒抗体阴性。
