血样采集技术在动物疫病检测中的注意事项及应用

摘要：动物疫病检测具有重要的作用，可有效降低疾病发生率，使疾病扩散得到控制。动物疫病检验前，要接受血样采集工作，工作人员要保证操作技术熟练。该文对动物疫病检测中血样采集技术的注意事项及应用进行论述，要求动物疫病检疫部门高度重视血样采集工作，提升动物疫病检测的工作质量。

Matters Needing Attention and Application of Blood sample Collection Technology in Animal Epidemic Disease Detection

Abstract：Animal disease detection has an important role，accept disease detection can effectively reduce the incidence of disease，so that the spread of disease control.Before the Animal Disease Inspection，we should accept the blood sample collection work，blood sample collection，the staff must guarantee the skilled operation technique，can make the animal disease inspection and the diagnosis and treatment carry out smoothly.This paper discusses the matters needing attention and application of blood sample collection technology in animal epidemic disease detection，and requests Animal Epidemic Disease Quarantine departments to attach great importance to blood sample collection，aiming at blood sample collection of different animals such as poultry，pigs，cattle，horses，etc.，to master the matters needing attention in operation and improve the quality of animal disease detection.

引言

目前养殖业向集约化方向发展，動物疫病也向复杂的方向变化。有些动物疫病凭肉眼和经验已很难确诊，而传统防治措施也无法适应现代动物防疫要求[1]。为了对动物疫病进行正确诊断，需开展免疫抗体检测工作，以此预防、控制疫病。开展血清学检测，尤其是重大动物疫病如何开展动物血液样本采集，也成为动物疫病防治工作重要的一部分。做好血样采集对于动物疾病检测有重要意义。

1 血样采集技术基本原则

动物疫病血样采集时，要先采集病情严重动物的血样，这是疫病血样采集主要任务。动物疫病血样采集前要确定相关动物未经药物处理。血样采集过程中，对有相关症状表现的动物要足够重视，对症状不明显或无症状的动物暂不采集血样。存在传染病动物集中采集血样，防止传染病传染其他动物。

2 动物疫病血样采集时存在的问题

2.1 采血后不析出血清

实验室对采集的动物血样操作时，未析出血清，这种情况比较常见。主要是温度偏低，血清不能完全析出，血液就凝成块状。……
