幼儿园角色游戏中师幼互动存在的问题及改善路径

摘  要：幼儿教育是孩子思想以及智力启蒙的重要环节，在幼儿教育过程中角色游戏又是幼儿园教育的常用方式之一，贯穿于整个幼儿园教育环节。借助角色游戏的开展，幼儿可以在参与体验的过程中，获得智力的启蒙以及良好行为的养成。在这一环节中，有效的师幼互动是保障角色游戏顺利开展的基础和前提。就当前幼儿园角色游戏活动中的师幼互动而言，仍然存在着一些实际性的问题亟待解决。本文立足幼儿教育工作实践，首先对幼儿园角色游戏中师幼互动中的存在的问题进行了分析，并在此基础上尝试提出了一些针对性的改善策略。

【Absrtact】early childhood education is an important link of children's thought and intelligence enlightenment. Role play is one of the common ways of kindergarten education in the process of early childhood education，which runs through the whole kindergarten education link. With the development of role play，children can acquire intellectual enlightenment and good behavior in the process of participating in experience. In this link，effective teacher-child interaction is the basis and premise to ensure the smooth development of role games. As far as teacher-child interaction in kindergarten role games is concerned，there are still some practical problems to be solved. Based on the practice of early childhood education，this paper first analyzes the problems existing in teacher-child interaction in kindergarten role games，and tries to put forward some targeted improvement strategies on this basis.

伴隨着幼儿园教育改革工作的不断落实发展，一线教师的教育理念和策略也在发生着与时俱进的变化，尊重、热爱幼儿的教育观念得到了广泛的普及，在日常幼儿教育实践中教师对教学活动的开展与落实也有了自己独到的经验，越来越多的教师开始强调游戏活动中师幼互动的重要性。在这一教育背景下，幼儿教育的质量也得到了很好的提高和改善，但是仍然也存在着一些不足之处和问题，有必要对其进行分析和优化，从而不断提高幼儿教育的质量。
