谈小学体育课上阳光和谐师生关系的有效构建

摘  要：随着社会经济的不断发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，身体健康程度越来越受到关注，尤其是现阶段青少年身体素质不断下降，体育锻炼已经成为人们日常生活中的热门话题。在当今教育形势下，体育教学课堂中教师和师生的关系已经发生了变化，不再是传统的教师单一的向学生进行知识传授的过程，而是变成了民主平等和谐的师生关系。教师在课堂教学中要主动创新课堂教学方式，提高学生进行体育知识训练学习的积极性。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of social economy，peoples living standards continue to improve，more and more attention is paid to the degree of physical health，especially at this stage the physical quality of young people continue to decline，physical exercise has become a hot topic in Peoples Daily life. Under the current educational situation，the relationship between teachers and students in physical education classroom has changed. It is no longer a traditional process of teachers imparting knowledge to students，but a democratic，equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. In classroom teaching，teachers should take the initiative to innovate classroom teaching methods and improve students enthusiasm for PE knowledge training and learning.

作为小学体育教师，师生关系对我们的授课质量效果更佳，产生明显的影响。因为体育是一门以实践课程为主的学科，在教学过程中教师和学生之间共同进行游戏活动比赛，彼此分享着体育课程学习的快乐，建立和谐的师生关系，这对于教师的课堂教学，起着非常重要的影响作用。体育教师作为课堂教学的主导者，应该首先端正课堂教学态度，以自己的教学态度关心班级中的每一个学生，对于学生在学习过程中出现的错误也要认真分析病根，本着严于律己，宽以待人的原则，和学生处理融洽的师生关系，赢得学生的信赖，学生就会以极大的热情上好每一节体育课。

1.构建和谐师生关系在体育教学中的重要性

在传统的小学体育课堂教学中，教师往往都是对学生进行规范动作的示范，然后让学生根据教师的动作展示进行模仿训练，这样的教学方式容易导致学生丧失体育知识学习的积极性，学生无法在教师的带领之下和教师之间构建和谐的师生关系。……
