心理剧在初中心理健康教育的运用

摘  要：青春期的学生具有思维敏感、抵触心理强的特征，因此在开展心理咨询辅导工作时，学生在心理上会产生一定的抗拒，从而影响到心理咨询辅导工作的有效开展。而心理剧是心理辅导的一种方法，对心理健康教育具有一定的积极作用。同时，在心理剧演绎过程中，还能锻炼学生的人际交往、组织管理等综合能力。本文基于此，重点分析在初中阶段开展心理剧活动的意义，针对如何正确选择心理剧主题和实施提出具体的建议，最后在初中心理健康教育的功能上分析心理剧的作用和价值。

Application of psychodrama in mental health education of junior middle school

【Abstract】Adolescent students have the characteristics of sensitive thinking and strong psychological conflict. Therefore，when carrying out psychological counseling and counseling，students will have some psychological resistance，which will affect the effective development of psychological counseling. Psychological drama is a method of psychological counseling，which has a positive effect on mental health education. At the same time，in the process of psychological drama deduction，it can also exercise students' comprehensive ability of interpersonal communication，organization and management. Based on this，this paper focuses on the analysis of the significance of psychological drama activities in junior high school stage，puts forward specific suggestions on how to correctly select the theme and implementation of psychological drama，and finally analyzes the role and value of psychological drama in the function of mental health education in junior high school.

在20世纪30年代，维也纳精神病学家雅克布？莱维？莫雷诺创立一种团体治疗方法，以戏剧、小品等形式将心理问题呈现出来，实现心理诊断和心理治疗的目的。早期的心理剧主要是提供一种氛围和一个场所，让当事人扮演某个角色，在演剧过程中呈现出自己的心理问题，此时教师和其他参与者共同帮助当事人解决心理上的问题，并给予其他人员一定的启发和帮助。与一般心理治疗方法相比，心理剧具有特殊的优势，尤其是在校园中开展心理咨询辅导工作。逐渐校园心理剧也因此诞生，成为心理剧一种非常重要的形式存在。校园心理剧以学生的基本生活为背景，以艺术的方式在舞台上表演出学生的现实情况，促使学生认识到自己在生活、学习、交往中的问题，然后分析自身问题所在，找出解决问题的方法。……
